Features

　It can be linked with office telephone functions (PBX and keyterphone systems).It can be linked to functions such as chat and web conferences with telephone functions such as extension transfer and hold.Cooperate with NEC's communication server "Univerge SV9500CT" and "Univerge aspire WX".

チャット機能

　利用者同士でチャットやボイスメール、音声通話ができる。利用者のプレゼンス（在席中、離席中、休憩中、取込中）も表示できる。1対1のほか、グループチャットが可能。ファイルをドラッグ&ドロップすればファイルをやり取りできる。検索機能も備えており、チャットの会話を検索して関連メッセージを表示できる。

Web会議機能

　Up to 100 people can participate in one meeting.You can share screens, recording, and sharing conferences.It also has a reaction button such as "likes".It also has a chat function, so you can chat with participants during the web meeting.

ファイル共有機能

　Files can be shared between users.You can back up files.It also has a function to share files on a web link.You only need to send the generated URL by e -mail or chat, so there is no need to attach the file.The password and expiration date can be set for the web link.

How to use

　Client PCs and smartphones make calls by office number.The caller number when transmitting to the outside is the office number.You can use your smartphone without telling your mobile phone number to the other party.

　A telephone function (extension call, hold / transfer, etc.) can be used between the office extension telephone and the univerge blue terminal.Even if you don't have a smartphone, if you install a Connect application on the client PC, you can use a client PC like a softphone.
